Hoben Johnson can advise you on Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney. These allow your affairs to be looked after by someone you choose and trust if you are unable to manage yourself. We can advise you on the implications of making a Lasting Power of Attorney together with the issues to consider and advise on any problems which may occur if you do not sign a Lasting Power of Attorney.
We can advise you if someone is unable due to mental incapacity to look after their Property and Affairs and/or make decisions regarding their Welfare. This may mean that an application is made to the Court of Protection to appoint a Deputy.
